Mrs. Bauer has been teaching Secondary English/ Language Arts for 11 years. Currently, she is teaching English 10 and AP Literature at Decatur Central High School. Outside of teaching, she enjoys staying active and being outside.

Mrs. Bauer has two Labrador Retrievers that keep her busy. When she is not out and about, she loves curling up with a good book series or an engaging nonfiction novel. 

After working in the science industry as a Project Chemist and Process Engineer, Mrs. Coster started teaching.  With over 10 years of teaching Physics 1, AP Physics 1, and Integrated Chemistry & Physics this is certain, physics is hard but it doesn’t have to be inaccessible for students.  She has a passion for making complex science concepts accessible to all students.  So whether you are struggling with basic concepts or complex problem solving, she can help guide you and give you techniques to be successful on your science assessments.

Mrs. Estes has been teaching for 15 years and prides herself on making math fun! She currently teaches 7th grade math and Algebra 1. Mrs. Estes has several tips, tricks, and ideas up her sleeve that will make you love math again! She incorporates various teaching tools that are beneficial for all learning styles into her tutoring sessions.

She graduated from the University of Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and she earned her master’s degree in Secondary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mrs. Estes has 4 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting and over 10 years experience teaching virtually.

Mrs. Allen has been teaching for over 15 years and prides herself on creating a fun and engaging learning environment. She teaches math, social strides, science and English for 5th – 9th grades. She graduated from the University of Memphis with a double major in math and history, and she earned her master’s degree in mathematical education from Walden University. Ms. Greth has 5 years of teaching in an urban setting, 9 years in a middle school setting, and 5 years as a virtual educator.
