Dual Credit Courses

INDIANA ONLINE TO OFFER DUAL CREDIT COURSES

Indiana Online has partnered with Ivy Tech Community College and Trine University to provide selected high school courses for dual credit. Students may receive credit for a high school course and receive college credit at the same time before they graduate from high school. A student must meet prerequisites as determined by the institution. 

Aside from the Indiana Online tuition, there will be no additional costs to the school/student for dual credit. The school/student may be responsible for purchasing the required textbook or online content access for the course. This unique opportunity allows Indiana Online students to establish a college transcript prior to their graduation from high school and to begin the transition to the rigors of college courses. Credits earned at Ivy Tech and Trine are transferable to colleges and universities throughout the state.
