Mrs. Bauer has been teaching Secondary English/ Language Arts for 11 years. Currently, she is teaching English 10 and AP Literature at Decatur Central High School. Outside of teaching, she enjoys staying active and being outside.

Mrs. Bauer has two Labrador Retrievers that keep her busy. When she is not out and about, she loves curling up with a good book series or an engaging nonfiction novel.

Mrs. Angela Bolotin is an Indiana University graduate (go Hoosiers!) and has been teaching math and tutoring in Indianapolis for the past 11 years. She has taught a wide range of math classes from Algebra and Geometry to AP Calculus. She truly enjoys helping students reach that “aha!” moment where they understand the material and are successful.

Mrs. Bolotin is excited for the opportunity to help students from a variety of different schools, backgrounds, and courses. Outside of tutoring and teaching, her hobbies include reading, baking, hiking, and spending time with her husband Dave and dog Sterling.

Mrs. Estes has been teaching for 15 years and prides herself on making math fun! She currently teaches 7th grade math and Algebra 1. She graduated from the University of Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and she earned her master’s degree in Secondary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mrs. Estes has 4 years of experience teaching in a classroom setting and over 10 years experience teaching virtually.

Mrs. Horvath received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English education from the University of Indianapolis and her special education certification from Taylor University.  She has taught English at all high school levels at Franklin Central High School for 30 years. In addition to teaching English, she is certified in special education which allows her the opportunity to work with students who have individualized education plans (IEPs) in inclusion classrooms.
 
Mrs. Horvath has taught for Indiana Online for twenty years and also currently teaches freshman composition at the University of Indianapolis.  She has a passion for teaching and learning and looks forward to working with students one to one or in small groups as an English tutor.  
 
Her personal life revolves around her family. They love traveling (frequently to Disney World!), attending athletic events, and being active. She is a runner and a reader and enjoys combining these activities as she listens to audiobooks on my runs!  She has a passion for anything Disney and for painting and refinishing furniture.

Ms. Koch graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2007 with a degree in elementary education. She is licensed K-9 with endorsements in reading and social sciences. She has taught middle school for 15 years and has taught 6-8th grades in the following subjects: language arts (grade-level and advanced), social studies (6th grade only), Gifted and Talented Science (6th grade only), 7/8 grade honor electives in Leadership, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Creative Investigations.
 
Ms. Koch has prepared students for Istep+/ILearn for the last 13 years with great success, and her strongest teaching ability lies in writing and grammar. She has had several students who have won writing competitions/scholarships under her guidance over the years. She was awarded Teacher of the Year for her building in 2016, and she has tutored many elementary and middle school students over the past 5 years at her local library, too.

Mrs. Morris is a secondary mathematics teacher who recently retired in May of 2022; however, she works part-time as an Algebra II & Geometry teacher until a final replacement occurs. She is licensed in grades 5-12 in mathematics and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics along with a Master’s degree in Education. Mrs. Morris has taught secondary mathematics for 30 years. She has also taught the summer sessions for Indiana Online for the past 12 years. Within those 30 years, she has taught: 7th grade (regular and gifted), 8th grade, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry at public schools and private schools in suburban, rural, and inner-city environments. She has worked with students below grade level, at grade level, and above grade level.
 
Mrs. Morris relates well with all students from various backgrounds and knowledge. She desires to help students reach a level of success. On a personal note, she loves to spend time with family and friends. She also loves to travel. She hopes to travel to every continent within the next 5 years. She has recently begun raising chickens and has a goal to own and operate a food truck this spring.
