Welcome Andrew McAulay

We are pleased to welcome Andrew McAulay to the Indiana Online team as our newest Program Specialist. Andrew looks forward to contributing to new initiatives that will further the growth and development of Indiana Online. As a school liaison, he will play a vital role in student success through effective communication and outstanding service to school staff, students, and families.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winona State University and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Butler University. Over the last six years he has served as a school counselor within Indianapolis Public Schools, the Community Schools of Frankfort, and most recently the M.S.D. of Warren Township. 

During his time as a school counselor Andrew has prioritized building strong relationships with students and families that help facilitate academic success and social/emotional well-being. He also emphasizes the use of data to make decisions and identify trends within school-wide programs. 

Andrew’s additional responsibilities as a school counselor have included managing 504’s, coordinating ILEARN, ACT/SAT and NWEA testing, as well as intervening with at-risk students. In addition to his experience as a school counselor, Andrew has also earned a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
