We are pleased to welcome Melissa Bardack to the Indiana Online team as our Instructional Specialist. She will join our Administration team to develop and provide professional learning for our teachers, onboard new teachers, and assist in the evaluation process. Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision from Ball State University. She has worked with students for over 11 years most recently at Center Grove Community School Corporation as the Innovation and Media Specialist.
During her time at Center Grove, Melissa designed and facilitated many of the professional development sessions for not only the traditional classroom experience, but also the online instructional platform. She also worked with the Center Grove media center teams to create a safe, collaborative, and engaging environment for students and staff.
In addition to her role at Indiana Online, Melissa will serve on the professional learning committee of two national organizations: the Virtual Learning Leadership Alliance (VLLA) and the State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA).
